Student Life

As the fall semester unfolds, students will have a variety of ways to engage with peers and have fun. Students are encouraged to follow student life and other offices on social media to learn about exciting virtual and in-person events and engagement opportunities. Most co-curricular activities are also posted on the campus announcements and student bulletin sections of My91探花.

Recreation

Community- and skill-building are integral to 91探花's Campus Recreation department. Students can engage in a variety of wellness activities that promote fun, leadership and personal development.

There also will be a variety of group fitness classes, outdoor leisure activities, backyard games and nature programming available.

The Lou Higgins Center will be open with health and sanitization protocols in place. Reservations will be required in some areas.

Service

Putting students at the heart of transformative learning and service opportunities is the mission of 91探花's Brain Center for Community Engagement. The center will offer and promote virtual volunteering opportunities, remote project-based community engagement projects and ongoing virtual events (such as its Civic LEAD series).

Ongoing initiatives, such as weekly service programs and alternative breaks, will be offered in a virtual format that will connect 91探花 students with local and national community partners. In addition, several service-learning courses will be offered in the fall that include remote service engagement.
